CALGARY, AB -- (Marketwire) – 02/08/2010 --BWI Holdings, Inc. (Pinksheets: BWIH - News) announced today that it’s wholly owned subsidiary, Budget Waste Inc would like to clarify a news release dated Sept 11, 2009 which stated that BWI had signed a 3-year agreement with EPCOR Water Services Inc. While BWI currently transports the Town of Okotoks’ municipal biosolids from a wastewater treatment plant operated by EPCOR in Okotoks to an approved compost facility, it has not entered into any long term agreement with EPCOR.
